Project Overview
The Elevate Collection is a residential community developed by Vesta Properties in Cooper’s Crossing, Airdrie, Alberta. The project included multiple housing products ranging from luxury condominiums and townhomes to bungalow villas, requiring a cohesive marketing strategy that could appeal to a diverse buyer demographic.
As Lead Designer, I developed the visual identity and marketing materials used across print, digital, sales centre, and advertising channels to support community sales and brand awareness.

Develop a premium brand and marketing campaign that could:

The Elevate Collection was positioned as an aspirational lifestyle brand focused on modern architecture, elevated living, and community connection.
The visual system combined sophisticated typography, clean layouts, and high-quality imagery to communicate the project’s premium positioning while remaining approachable for a broad audience of homebuyers.

Brand & VISUAL IDENTITY
I developed a cohesive identity system for all communities—Monarch Condos, Acadia Villas, Brimstone Townhomes, and Village Townhomes. Each logo incorporates a refined butterfly-wing symbol paired with timeless typography and a sophisticated palette of blacks, neutrals, and subtle red accents. This created a premium, unified look that aligns with the collection’s “Classy, Timeless, Excitement” brand direction.






Digital marketing
Designed and produced social media content and digital advertising campaigns to promote the Elevate Collection and move-in ready homes. Creative assets focused on showcasing premium home interiors, community lifestyle benefits, and seasonal promotions while maintaining brand consistency across Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, and email marketing channels. The campaigns were developed to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support home sales.
